Step-by-Step Guide

1. Create Your AI

Visit the "LLM Apps" page, click the "Add App" button, select the "OpenAI Assistants" option, and enter the "App Name" and "System Prompt".

You can start with the attached template. Adjust the prompt so that it works best for you.

You are a bot assisting customer support agents. Your role involves reviewing customer inquiries, finding solutions within the uploaded manual files, and proposing preliminary solutions to support agents before they review the inquiries. You must be helpful yet concise, and you should not guess or provide speculative answers to information you are uncertain about. If you cannot be certain, you must respond that you do not know. The only information you can accurately respond with is contained within the manual. The manual is the file uploaded when creating the Assistant, and you must read this file and base your responses solely on the information obtained from it.

2. Connect Your Knowledge

You connect documents stored in your Google Drive of Confluence. Or, you can also upload files such as PDFs, Docs, and more.

3. Integrate Zendesk

Visit the "Channels" page, select "Zendesk", and enter your Zendesk information to integrate it.

4. Connect the AI and Zendesk

Visit the "Connections" page, click the "New Connection" button, and select your LLM App and Zendesk to connect them.

5. Enjoy Your AI

All done! Enjoy the customer support draft messages in Zendesk generated by your AI.
