- Transaction Details: details about transaction you have made using the Services including purchase history, payments or other financial information if you make purchases, such as credit card, account or billing information or tax identification number.
- Other Information You Provide: other information you may provide to us or in other ways, such as responses or opinions you provide if you participate in our events or surveys, feedback you provide about our products or services, request support, interact with social media accounts or otherwise communicate with us.

Instead, we retain unique identifiers (IDs) associated with each message to identify and connect identical messages across different services such as Slack and OpenAI to prevent duplication. These IDs are stored in a highly secure database and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose outlined in this Privacy Policy or to comply with legal, regulatory, or contractual requirements.
